Sneaker Server Hosting F.A.Q.

Frequently Asked Questions about our sneaker servers. If your question isn't asked/answered here, feel free to contact us HERE for server related questions only.
  • How it works

Our sneaker servers are virtual private servers, or VPS, that allow you to work remotely from a high speed Windows computer. Our servers are optimized specifically for copping shoes online, with 1 GB/s ports and dedicated ram for your sneaker bots.

  • I ordered. Now what?

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to provision your server and get it ready for use. You will be emailed all the necessary information (hostname, username, password, IP) to access your server. Keep in mind that before hyped releases, provisioning can take longer due to lots of orders. If you plan to order a server before a big release, we recommend ordering at least 72 hours in advance.

  • How do I access my server?

You can access your server through a smartphone, computer, or laptop (even some gaming consoles!) using the Remote Desktop Application or another remote desktop connection app. You will receive full administrator rights and RDP access to your server.

  • How fast are the servers?

All of our servers are optimized for speed and hosted on 1 GB/s ports. This means that you can expect 500-1000 MB/s upload and download speeds as well as a very low ping. The larger the server, the easier it will be to reach the highest speeds possible.

    Need 10 GB/s?

  • Need 10 GB/s?

    Need 10 GB/s?

No, you don't. Let's break it down:

1 GB/s ports equates to 1 gigabyte of data loaded every second. Using our software or any other sneaker software, you will only download .1 to .2 mb of data per site. This is because our software doesn't load images, javascript, pictures, etc. Anything that isn't needed by the software to checkout won't even be downloaded.

When it's all said and done, you can load roughly 1250 tasks every second on a 1 GB/s connection.

We don't recommend loading this many tasks on our bots, and most other bots will work the same. If you aren't going to be running over 1250 tasks on your server, you don't need anything more than a 1 GB/s connection.10 GB/s ports are a marketing ploy - you will never need to load that much data that quickly using sneaker software.

  • Locations

We offer servers in Buffalo, NY, Phoenix, AZ, and Los Angeles, CA. You want your server and your proxies to be located as close to each other as possible. The shorter the distance between VPS and proxy, the less time it will take a website request to go from VPS, to proxy, to website, and back. Find out where your proxy provider has proxy servers at, and choose the server location closest to them.

  • I'm banned from a site. What do I do?

It is required to use proxies for essentially everything you do on the server. Due to our high speeds, it's very easy to get banned browsing most sneaker sites. You can still run bots and browse the web by using proxies if your server IP is banned.
